Being a novice DIY mechanic, the Tune 11 was easy to download and operate. I modified my 2013 Scrambler with ARK, TORS, O2 sensor delete and AI delete.

After initial low throttle issues, Mike from TTP not only emailed instructions on pinpointing the issue (balancing vacuum on throttle bodies), but called me in the States to ask for an alternate email, as mine was apparently bouncing back. It is fantastic to get great service and post purchase help from all the way across the "pond". Thanks!
